We have a lot of fungi that pops up here and there. I think I need to get a book so I can start identifying whether I have psychedelic mushrooms, drop you dead mushrooms, or just plain delicious mushrooms.

Ok, those mushrooms are nasty! The top one has a fly on it, and I really don’t think you should be risking your life eating the the bottom two…
I thought they were kind of pretty–maybe in a National Geographic sort of way. However, definitely no plans to eat any of them. Way too many mushrooms produce toxins that can kill you, destroy your liver, etc. Oregon climate does grow mushrooms well, though. Some day we might try getting starts for something safe and easy to identify. I’ve read all you need is a bed of chipped oak, shade, and moisture.
