		<description>Definitely!  So far we&#039;ve only tried the Elephant Garlic.  It&#039;s very mild, almost like an onion.  I&#039;ve suggested we should just grow elephant garlic in the future, since our garlic bed was weed-free and our onion bed once again looks like sod.</description>
