Twenty two half-pints of candied jalapeño peppers later and I’m still not sure we have enough. They are a favorite staple in our pantry. Does anyone have a favorite way to use their jalapeños?

I sometimes mix them with entrees or salads. They’re also good on crackers.
Yum!!
We’ve added candied jalapeños, chopped, to savory cream cheese spreads and have otherwise used them on sandwiches instead of pickles. They’re wicked spicy though. Are yours very spicy? We didn’t seed any of the jala’s when we canned them.
Yeah, ours are spicy too but I LOVE it! We don’t seed them either. I think we use them on chili and taco salads the most but I love how versatile they are.
We ate the last batch right out of the jar. An open jar would last 2, 3 days, tops.
I’ve been meaning to make your recipe this fall, but I haven’t taken the time. Maybe this weekend…if I can put the knitting down.
Your candied jalapeños are the most addictive thing I’ve ever canned, right up there with my bread and butter pickles
Straight outta the jar, baby, straight outta the jar…
